By acknowledging this contract you have read and understood the risks and agree to the terms below.

Payments
The Business will charge the Client after completion of scheduled hours each day. I authorize this business to charge my credit card on file for all hours booked.

Indemnification
The undersigned hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the released parties from and against any and all liability, costs, property loss, medical bills, loss of income, expenses, attorneys fees, liens, subrogation rights, and all other damages of any kind or nature whatsoever and from any suits, claims, or demands, including The Mother’s Helper LLC’s legal fees and expenses whether or not in litigation.

Release of Liability
Waiver of All Claims: You agree to expressly waive any and all claims, suits, or demands for personal injury, property damage, death or other loss against Kaylee Menalis and The Mother's Helper LLC. Including, but not limited to any and all negligence, negligent supervision, or negligent instruction, or the activities of others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this waiver is intended to be a complete release of The Mother's Helper LLC for any and all responsibility for personal injuries, property damage or loss, or death sustained by your family, heirs, representatives, and estates of the undersigned and minors.

Cancellations
You may cancel your scheduled service within 8 hours without penalty. Cancellations within this window will result in a $50 charge Refunds The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Service unconditionally. There will be no monetary refunds. The Mother's Helper LLC, will send another service provider if the client deems unsatisfactory.
